Snorri
Records your Star Savior Gauntlet: Ranked Matches on your Windows PC: drafts, builds, every turn of the fight, and your rating over time.
Snorri reads the game's own network traffic as it arrives on your PC. It never sends anything to the game and never changes the game. Your matches stay on your PC unless you agree, when Snorri asks, to share your ranked matches with ESPR (see Your data). This is a testing build: expect rough edges, and please report them.
Windows 10 or 11, 64-bit. Released 2026-10-06, 110.8 MB.
SHA-256 of the installer:

1. Before you install: Wireshark
Snorri listens with Wireshark's capture tool, so it needs Wireshark installed first.
- Install Wireshark for Windows.
- When the installer offers Npcap, install it, and leave "Restrict Npcap driver's access to Administrators only" unchecked.
2. Install Snorri
- Run the installer. Because it is not signed, Windows shows "Windows protected your PC": choose More info, then Run anyway.
- It installs for your user only; no administrator rights are needed. If your antivirus quarantines the installer, restoring it is the fix.
- At its first start Snorri asks once whether it may check for updates and new game data. Choose Turn on so fixes and new characters reach you; a check tells dl.snorri.app your IP address and nothing else.
- The next time you start it, Snorri asks once whether to share your ranked matches with ESPR for public statistics such as popular builds. Choose Share my matches (the default) to add yours, or Don't share. Your data below says what a shared match holds.
3. Record your matches
- Open Capture and press Preflight: all four rows should be green. A red row says what to fix.
- Leave the adapter on "Choose automatically" and press Start. With the game already in the lobby it takes a few seconds; the left rail then reads Capturing.
- Play ranked. A match appears in History up to two minutes after the result screen.
- Once that works, turn on Settings → Start capture when Snorri opens. Without it, check that the rail reads "Capturing" before you play.
Character and gear names can follow the game's languages: Settings → Language. Snorri's own words are English for now.
Your data
- Your matches, captures and settings stay in
%APPDATA%\Snorrion your PC. - Sharing. Snorri asks once whether to share your ranked matches with ESPR; Share my matches is the default answer. While sharing is on, Snorri uploads every ranked match it records, including the ones already recorded, to api.snorri.app. A shared match holds the draft and bans, both teams' units and gear, the result, and both players' game uids, ratings and Star Link levels. It holds no in-game names, no chat and no recording of the match. ESPR uses shared matches to build public statistics such as popular builds, and never publishes the uids in them.
- Uploads are signed with a key made for your install. Like any website, api.snorri.app sees your IP address; it is not stored with your matches.
- You can turn sharing on or off at any time on Snorri's Share page, which also lists every upload. Turning it off stops uploading at once; what was already sent stays with ESPR.
- Nothing else leaves your PC, except the update and game data checks if you turn them on, which tell dl.snorri.app your IP address and nothing else.
Problems
Open Diagnostics, press Copy diagnostics, and send the text to kart.offel (Discord). It holds versions, counts, settings and a log, with no player names.
To uninstall: Windows Settings → Apps → Snorri. Your data folder stays; delete %APPDATA%\Snorri to remove it too.
